God help you. OT: People pay for advertisements and certain servers are just better than others. So why would they allow threads on RSPS if they moderators aren't allowed? Making a thread on RSPS' is under advertisements and would defeat the whole purpose of that rule.

There are thousands of players so appeals won't be seen through by a member of Jagex but a bot. This is a summary because it was years ago, still pretty difficult to remember so I'll write it with as much detail possible. "Lately I haven't been able to log into my account as somebody is on it, don't know who (my bro is botting on my dad's computer on the other side of the country). I downloaded a program which contained a third-party software after scanning my computer. You can check my IP address when the account was created and compare it to the current address". A pretty small paragraph but it somehow was smart enough to actually pull through. It's just luck with Jagex they're weird like that.

Lol, I think he was being sarcastic because you brought his hopes down. My brother had his main account banned in '10, it got unbanned after his appealing for macroing and excessive abusive language. There's hope there, good luck with your appeal!

Use different proxies, it doesn't get any simpler. So yeah, what you're trying to do is definitely risky.
