As said above, the jagex mail server is pretty poor. I tend to wait an hour or so, and sometimes if I still haven't received it by then, I'll get it re-sent. Will come through eventually.

You just modify your dropping method to drop at specific inventory indices, for example, if the first slot in the inventory is slot 0, then the first on the second line would be 4. So using basic maths principles you can create an algorithm to do the drop > 1 down drop > repeat method you've shown in your second gif.

I'm struggling to understand what you're asking; Do you mean you want to check if the entity is visible when the camera is at a certain yaw/pitch/angle, in relativity to the player?
