This is a mess of a situation, but im going to take a look at this from both sides.
Yes I can see Montana's attitude isn't healthy at all and Seywiz has neglected the service and not made it clear to you personally that he was busy and could not level (nor did he reply to you when you asked him could you log into the account).
However, for the minuscule amount of work performed, I'm going to ask Montana to refund 30M. My justification for this is:
48-58 fishing only being 148k exp an hour which can be easily gained in a couple of hours also bearing in mind if you really do want to evaluate 141K fishing exp it'd definitely cost less than 4 days of the bond being wasted. (if we calculate bond price per day)
Also, seeing as Seywiz didn't really scam you nor was he rude as montana was, im going to remove his feedback or modify it to neutral. However, If i do so, he can leave you a neutral feedback for breaking their TOS and logging in into your account and doing stuff yourself. You could have spoken to one of us before breaking their TOS.
Until Montana refunds you 30M, he will not be allowed to accept any new service orders and will be in twc.
P.S Montana you're a servicer, you should re-evaluate your customer service protocols because you don't talk to customers like that and especially if your workers are busy you always tell your customer, they don't know therefore they'll naturally assume everything is ok but in reality its not. I hope you take this as a opportunity to improve.
