As I've said in the PM you sent me, I do NOT handle disputes on Skype. We are allowed to use Skype to verify several things but we cannot discuss the dispute on Skype. Feel free to post anything you would like to say!

"Neutral feedback is meant for trades that were successful but you are left unsatisfied with how the trade was completed". I think you shouldn't have left a negative feedback in this case because you were refunded! I deleted the negative one but feel free to leave a neutral one instead. I'll leave this thread open so @Bogla can reply.
From the feedback and post it's clear he traded with you so there's no need to check if his IP matches. I have requested him to reply here and placed him in the TWC usergroup. He has 24 hours to reply.
