  7. I bought a small Wacom Bamboo tablet about a year ago and I was pretty satisfied with it. But then again, I don't really use it a lot and I'm not really into the whole manga drawing thing. If you're going to use it a lot and for more professional use I suggest you to take the medium one.

TOS or not, it's pretty clear that @James was trying to trick @Shicky into this otherwise he would've stated that there was going to be no refund before he made @Shicky confirm that he wanted to cancel the service. In addition to that only a very small part of the order was actually completed so @James will have to refund the rest of the amount if he wishes to return to the community.
  9. If you were never prompted with the TOS then you have the right to receive a refund. Since @James made you confirm the cancellation of the service and only afterwards mentioned that no refund will be given unless no work has been done @James will have to refund you for the amount of work that still had to be completed if he wants to return.

    Signature fix

    First of all, welcome to OSBot. And secondly, your current signature is an animated .gif signature. Making a gif transparent will reduce the quality of the glow in your signature significantly. I did however give it a try with the background color of the animated theme. Without the actual psd of the signature that's the best I can do.
  21. Reduce the height and find a more suitable place to put "click here for questing services" it makes the whole piece look cluttered right now.

  24. Yes, when there are so many different factors involved a dispute tends to get confusing. My question is, is the PA dispute still open or not? Because both of you claim different things here and no one actually provided any solid proof of it, only emails that contain some vague statements where I have to draw my own conclusions from and they both contradict. So if one of you, or even both of you, can contact PA and ask them to clarify that, please do so. Also I'm not really aware of their policy regarding insurance and how they handle those kind of situations.
