I think that's mainly because everyone creates their animations in Photoshop and not in After Effects, and you don't have that many options available for animation in Photoshop. Nonetheless these are some good tips, thank you for sharing them.

Runescape in general is dying. And it's mainly due to the bot busting system. You can see that about the way Jagex is desperately trying to find new ways to get more money from its users.

We have the Trade With Caution rank for people like this if I recall it correctly. I'm not 100% sure but I know I once asked the staff members if I was allowed to put a suspicious user (spammers, etc.) into the Trade With Caution group and they said it was. I will ask them another time just to be sure because in all honesty, I've seen some users like the one you've mentioned in your first post, but I wasn't entirely sure what to do about it so let's hope this gets cleared up once and for all

I didn't overlook any of that. Both of you are just making assumptions of who could've taken the items without actually providing any valid evidence. You cannot just give me a theory of something that could've happened and expect me to base my conclusions upon that.
