Doesn't matter, you are responsible for it since it is your IP. Unless you have evidence that one of your brothers did it. Also, since when does him not changing the password give you the right to scam him?

You are to give him full ownership or reimburse him for the account as there's solid evidence that the account was recovered from your IP.

The IP in the email he received from steam matches with one of your IPs though. I reposted the screenshot in a hidden post so staff members can still view it. Just to be sure, can you take another screenshot where the sender from the email is visible?
