If it was a framing attempt it was a damn good one. But it doesn't seem like it since the timestamps and all the other evidence that was provided to @Eliot points in the direction of a scam attempt..

Can you please post a picture with his skype id visible to confirm it was actually him? And we don't side with anyone when handeling disputes, we solely base our decisions on the evidence that is provided to us.

Thank you for reporting this, I banned him as it appears that he attempted to scam multiple users which makes it look like a scamquit.

I've banned him as a precautionary measure as I suspect him of attempting to scamquit. He can appeal if he's willing to refund.

But, I quit playing rs over a year ago.

Yeah same happened to me when I lost my main account a while ago. I also tried to recover it and to contact Jagex support but never got a reply from them so I gave up and quit rs altogether.
