Thanks! I made it in about an hour they wanted some minor edits and then went straight to paying me as they were so impressed. They have a pretty big budget for their site lol. -

I assume that's a hook you implemented? If so, you should just be able to change it under the general hook settings (not sure anymore where those are usually located since it's been a long time) but there should also be instructions included on how to edit the hook settings.

Your account got banned for account selling so can't be held responsible for the ban .It's pretty obvious that that is not allowed and that you were fully aware of that, therefore he is not obligated to provide a refund.
