@Mackadizzle was indeed selling this account for someone else. He admitted to me that he stated to be the original owner because if he didn't it'd be a lot harder to sell. Since he did that he will have to deal with the consequences if he still wants to return. Evidence:

If the account got deleted you can't recover it anymore. It is not likely that @Mackadizzle will return but, like @Divinity stated above, you're going to have to provide us with more evidence to support your claims before any actions will be taken.
