Thanks, will try if moving forward the swords and we'll see. Yeah you guys are probably right, making the swords longer and sharper will most likely look better. -
So I'm creating the logo for a minecraft server and they want it similar to the style of the shield that imperial uses -> http://www.imperialmc.net/ (hover over the logo) So far I have this V1 V2 They paid $400 upfront so I want to make it pro. Do you guys have any suggestions on things I can add/edit?

Some companies put a lot of money into branding. You should check out some freelance design websites you'll be surprised how many people pay a shitload of money for a logo there. I'm on one but you have to compete against a lot of professional designers so it's very hard to win.
