Can you check your email that you have linked to your account, and see if you got an email? It should have sent you an email once it was changed.

Can you do a virus scan on your computer, to be sure you don't have any malicious on your computer please? In this trade, you were given a code to redeem on the official Minecraft website, and there were no file transfers (as stated already). So there is no way he could have keylogged you through this. It seems like you're also leaving parts of the conversation out as well. Can you please provide the full Skype log with screenshots.
