Nah mate you should still care even @ 0 LP. The reasoning behind this is because even though you aren't losing further points, you are deranking yourself and lowering your MMR by a lot, which in turn will place you with people below your division (i.e. noobs).

Usually for me when I start to tilt (i.e. 3+ lose streak) I tend to take a break and focus on something else to get my mind off it. All that wasted LP sucks tho lol.
