I think 7 minutes might be pushing it, I propose that the ideal time for a break be no more than 5 minutes 32 seconds and no less than 4 minutes 20 seconds. This way the bot breaks for the perfect amount of time during which a personal could reasonably be expected to brew a tea or visit the toilet.

There is nothing achieved in getting a botted 99 and if your income/partial income is from an mmorpg the struggle must be real.
