First of all, this has nothing to do with any grudges I may or may not bear against any of the current or future members of the staff. This has nothing to do with me no longer being apart of OSBot as it is. The problems I present are those of which that have been discussed an unrecorded amount of times, yet due to no visible reasoning whatsoever since even prior my time on the team, even with easily visible solutions, no actions were taken. As someone who can't stand such snakely acts I cannot stand here any longer without standing up once and for all.

Hey guys, Following the recent changes that we have seen in the Service section we have also decided to implement some Global T.O.S as there are too many variations of these and many leave few clauses out, these Global Terms of Service will apply to ALL Service threads. OSBot Global Terms of Service 1. You may not log into the account during a service unless you have permission from the owner of the service, doing so will result in the termination of the service with NO Refund. 2. You MUST NOT change the details of the account until the service has been completed, doing so will result in a void service with NO Refund. 3. If there are any items required for the service, it is between you and the service owner to come to an agreement on who covers them 4. You MUST change your password after the service is completed 5. If you have any substantial wealth on the account, it is your responsibility to protect it (Either Bank Pin/Transfer Trade) 6. Once the service is complete you must leave Feedback for the relevant parties involved 7. You MUST Post on the service thread to acknowledge their individual T.O.S and start the service 8. If the Service is requested to be done legit, any T.O.S related to bans/mutes become obsolete (Unless evidence can be provided of prior botting) Rules regarding workers 1. When hiring workers you do so in the "Worker Application" thread 2. You are held FULLY responsible for all workers in your service (in the event of a dispute)should you wish to take them on 3. ALL workers MUST Pay a deposit (set by service owners) as a safety net for refunds if scammed. In the event that your workers do scam/breach your T.O.S/some other event, the Service Owner will be FULLY responsible for any proceeds that need to be settled. Since there are always different scenarios and we can't cover everything, incase a user is found to abuse their T.O.S to scam people or evade liability a staff member has the right to take action regardless of what the T.O.S states. The point of having a T.O.S. is to protect yourself from getting scammed, not to give you the right to scam others and get away with it. Every order MUST be posted on the relevant service thread. Market Guidelines Our market section on OSBot is accompanied with a few basic ground rules you should all be aware of. We will shortly discuss what support OSBot gives towards users of the market, how the feedback system works and how to see if someone is found to be trusted by the community. Your Participation The participation in the OSBot market is completely at your own risk! Scamming is not allowed, but use your common sense to detect scams and scammers. OSBot staff will not always judge in the event of scamming and therefore also sometimes refrain from punishments being applied to users, unless it's a very clear case. There are several reasons for this: If the OSBot staff is the jury in scam cases, corruption of staff members will be inevitable in the future as the market grows. First of all because there will be a need for more moderators in charge of the market, thus creating a less controlled environment, and second and most important of all is that moderators could be tempted to take money or have ulterior hidden motives to favor one in front of the other. Our community needs to be aware that trading of virtual items is always an event bringing risk into the situation. We want you to pay attention, thus not simply rely on the staff team to back you up in case something goes wrong, for example getting scammed. General Market Rules 1. Any member is free to do services, however members should be aware of who a provider is before they purchase or trade for service. If you employ workers as a service owner, the feedback is to be given by the customer to the worker who completed the service, workers cannot feedback their service owner for this either, the service owner is only allowed to feedback the customer in question. Any abuse or implemented policy in your service to work around this in order to farm feedback is not allowed. This includes holding the money of your workers as an owner, which is not considered middlemanning. Example - Scamming & Ban Evading The OSBot staff will not always interfere in the occasion of scamming unless the facts are obvious beyond reasoning. But to prevent further scamming by this person in the future, you have to leave negative feedback for this user so other people can stay away from undergoing any trades with the person. You can do this by going to the users profile and clicking on "Leave feedback" - Describe what has happened throughout the trade, and mark it as negative before submitting. After doing this, you must alert the Staff Team immediately by submitting a scam report in the disputes section. Reporting a scam can be done here, and we will review it as soon as possible. Please make sure that you add evidence to support your case, and follow the required format listed in the aforementioned section. People who are here with the sole purpose of scamming other members are not welcomed and will be removed promptly. As it currently stands, the client logins of starcraft don't prove he botted on this account, considering we have osbuddy screenshots of the levels obtained in between the services that couldn't have been taken using mirror mode, as it wasn't possible to use this with osbuddy at the time. This therefore rules out @Starcraft botted using osbot in between the 2 services. This, combined with Devry's history in a similar case with my account, leads us to believe that devry indeed might have botted the service. We've decided devry123 will have have to refund 29m+9550k. @Devry123 will have 72 hours to do so given the amount. This is the collective decision of the staffteam and we've reviewed all evidence, this is going to be the last thing said about this dispute. Please update me when the refund has been completed. Wait a few hours! If you ever get banned, just backtrack your mistakes and avoid them in the future: you cannot be banned without making botting mistakes. This bot, is good, actually one of the best I've seen. So far, I've found that, it just doesn't respond on occasions. It will be heading towards the bank, or getting items from the bank, and it will stop, the bot will be running, but nothing is happening. But I'll continue to observe, since it was only my first day using the bot. So it might be taking a break. I'm using walking mode 2. Also, the bot doesn't open the gate to the Tree Gnome stronghold,, it will continuously try to enter by spam clicking inside, but it won't open the door. But it's an amazing bot and I'm looking forwards to using it again tomorrow!
