As some of you know a couple of days ago I decided to permanently leave... In hind sight... That was retarded as fuck. There wasn't a good reason for me to completely shut out the community, and "leaving" may not have been the right term. Since I did announce my "leaving" though... it only makes sense to now come back with an intro. I will be honest. I'm involved at another community, but that isn't going to affect my contribution here. If you ask which "other community", I'm not going to tell you. I'm here to contribute to OSBot and it kills me to lurk the forums the past couple days, and not reply to questions I could answer just because I "left". So I'm back. I don't know for how long, or how often, but this community has given me too much for me to just selfishly shut it out. So without further ado...4 points

I'm sorry it has been so long since I have posted one of these threads, but version three will encase multiple visits from me going down to see @Ely to her also coming up! If you are not familiar with our story, or even aware of what this thread is pertaining to then I suggest clicking here to see v1. However, to get a general idea essentially OSBot brought us together and we have been dating currently for the past 11 months all thanks to this site (OSHarmony?). This was the first time @Ely ever got to come up to visit me. We are sitting by a bon-fire and I am unsure as to why the picture looks so pink but it was definitely one of the best days ever. This was the second time @Ely came up, and we were trying to figure out where to go as a date so what better than Chuck E Cheeses? (we gave 99% of our tokens to little kids, 1% was used to take this photo LOL) This is when I got picked up by @Ely when I came down to visit that night, and I went to take a photo but the flash blinded us both so bad that it didn't go as planned but still. This picture was way back when I visited her in January, and I thought she looked so beautiful when getting ready so I couldn't help myself and had to take a picture . This is when we went to the beach together. Sadly we didn't take a picture together here, but you can see me being retarded while @Ely is taking a picture of me instead. This was our latest visit to go see each other that happened around a little over two weeks ago now, and this is the moment where I had to leave to go home so @Ely wouldn't smile :c I hope you all enjoyed, and sorry again for the wait. Next time you'll be able to see pictures from prom and much more so I will make sure to keep you all updated. Until next time, - @Smart & @Ely P.S - Shoutout to @Maldreil for sponsoring one of our visits.4 points

"In order to learn you must desire to learn, and in so desiring not be satisfied with what you already incline to think" - Charles Peirce Knowledge derives from answers, which derives from questions, which derive from interest. To learn, you must wonder and ask questions. Forcing knowledge can lead to rushing. This results in gaps. If you do not have interest in it, do not force yourself to learn it. Make sure you are familiar with everything you currently think you know. There are TONS of programming pitfalls which you must be aware of when working on the field. Look for subjects that actually interest you. Many things are tied together; learning one aspect could lead you into learning another. If you have interest, you will ask more questions. Try not to make learning a chore. Observe the thoughts of other great developers. Joshua Bloch is one of my favorite developers, although the list of developers I actually follow is rediculous. They could say something that may inspire you to think in a different, more innovative way. A quote that really got to me: "An API should not only be easy to use, but hard to misuse" Don't limit yourself to one language. A lot of new languages are arising, bringing along a lot of innovation and long awaited features. Getting familiar with other language can really strengthen your overall view on programming. You'll find a lot of flaws in other languages, making you reconsider what you think is best for certain situations. Meet other programmers and exchange code. This is always a great way to learn new things. Although beware; if you don't do indepenedent research on what you learn from your partner's code, you could gain bad habits. Search and research. Some neat Java books (will be adding more; it's been a while since I've read any programming books ): Effective Java Code Complete Filthy Rich Clients Refactoring Java Puzzlers Hardcore Java Inmates Are Running The Asylum4 points

I'm not to keen on the white background, Also here is a little uneven from where the text starts I'm not meaning to be picky i just know you want the most professional look possible. I really dig how the server logo's are incorporated in though and simplicity is best3 points

As you are using bootstrap, here is a tip for you <div class="row text-center"> <div class="col-md-3 col-sm-6"> <div class="thumbnail"> <img src="IMAGEURL" alt=""> <div class="caption"> <h3>RuneScape</h3> <p>Blaalalalalalalala</p> </div> </div> </div> and use 500x300 images. They will resize to the col-md-3 col-sm-61 point
-
So change the images if you have to, just make them the same size.1 point
