Dear community, Today we have experienced DNS amplification attack, a kind of DDOS attack. Because we were on CloudFlare's plan for the last couple of weeks, CloudFlare got overrun by the traffic and re-routed traffic and our SSL certificate expired. The forums were directly routed to one of our reverse proxies again, instead of being behind CloudFlare, it caused a warning on most browsers that the website was no longer secure. The bot also suffered from the absence of the SSL certificate, rendering the bot to a non working state. Zach immediately warned me and we tried to solve the issues as fast as possible. If you didn't do a prank altogether for just this one year wouldn't that be a prank within itself? Think about it; he's expecting to be pranked if it's tradition but by not pranking him; you're shattering his logic, which is a prank within itself.

Honestly, how can you clearly decide that the ban rates are quite high? I have seen people suicide bots for months and nothing has happened whatsoever to them. On the other end I have seen people bot for an hour and get perm-banned. It just depends. They're always banning, we're always botting. OP: Good luck, this shouldn't take you long, though.

I just wanted to make a thread thanking @Alek. He has single handedly kept the OSBot client from burning to the ground with his great skill and determination. He manages the SDN, which is a job and a half on its own. On top of that, he maintains and updates the client with new API features. He has taken what should be about 5 peoples jobs and made them his own, which deserves some recognition. Without him, there would be no client right now, and thus no site. So, thank you @Alek for all you have done. It doesn't go unnoticed and I hope you continue to be a wizard. -Novak
