theoretically it's better, but then again I've been banned just as fast cooking @Nardah just as fast as Rogue's Den, don't think it matters too much

it might be better than @ge or whereever you want, but that depends on the amount of people reporting you. 
And tbh, tracking alch bots/ autoclickers is pretty easy compared to other stuff that you can bot/autoclick ;p
