Stun/Alch I think is the fastest. Alching by itself is complete shit(~65k/hour).

 

If you're on lunars, plankmake is 188k/hour.

Depends on how efficient you want to be.. Personally i splash the spiders in lumb basement while auto-clicking alch. 

Leave your account to splash everytime you afk otherwise just use alching!

Im splashing atm 12.4k xp per hour on my zerker at 87 at started 67 mage going for 94 will cost me around 8-10m cause buying airs aswell as in f2p while splashing

Making tele tabs is a good 60k xp/hr if u are quick and its quite afk
bout 8.2m xp for 94, from 80s its about 3-5m more xp so it should take around less than 75 hours 
and about 25m profit =D
