Disputed member: TTC  /   (kind of Project Pact but not really)


 


Thread Link: Can't find it and don't want to, i think i made a request thread and he just pmed me. cant remember though. Been a month


 


Explanation: so i bought an account off project pact. Good guy, good scripter, told me the account was TTC's and he didn't have a single problem with it when he had it. So i was like "k neet gimmie". So i bought it, and around 2 weeks later i don't have it anymore. Simple enough.


 


Evidence: I mean, if you want me to send you the ENDLESS fucking messages i've had with project pact i can. i have the screens from the account buying process with login info and whatnot, but i'd rather not post them where everyone can see them. I know mald has seen them. Idk who to send them to, but just ask me and i can give you the evidence.

I'm not the OO... I've told this to Maldesto and ProjectPact already. The OO is Simplistic ( http://osbot.org/forum/user/197989-simplistic/ ). Im guessing he is banned here for recovering account.

After I sold the account to ProjectPact, there was no issue. Now that ProjectPact re-sold the account I'm getting all the blame? 

I have nothing to do with this.

I already told project pact he is responsible for refund as he sold you the account.  TTC did not recover from what I've seen the characters of the email don't match.

 

 

TTC said he is original owner means he needs to recover for you or he will  TWC'd

so i'm not sure what to think and i would like project pact and TTC to post their proof and whatnot here. It seems like TTC didn't give some needed information to project when he was buying the accounts. Hard to say what's really going on here :/ 

 

but i lost 75m and would like to get atleast SOME of it back......

Actually, you didn't tell me you weren't the original owner until AFTER the account got recovered, about 2 weeks later. When I was purchasing the account from you, like the message stated, you said you would give me the original email and recovery upon purchased, which I never received and even asked for multiple times after purchase. And where is proof that you actually purchased this account from someone? I have yet to see any of that.

Also, Mald, the emails DON'T have to match up after an account gets recovered. If you know other information, such as billing information on the account, the day it was created, zip codes... etc you can change the email at anytime... which can't be traced back unless you're logged in the account on the RuneScape website. So it is irrelevant to try to "match" up any email characters to any email linked to the account right now.

I have spoken with 1_Ticks and have solved everything so this whole thing can be closed. However, I don't see why TTC isn't held responsible for selling me an unsecured account as well. I didn't have the account for more than a few days before finding a new account I purchased, which can be seen by the date I purchased the account from TTC and the date that I sold the account to 1_Ticks.

Anyways, I'm done with this drama so we can close this thread now. Everything has been taken care of and I don't plan on doing anymore account buying or selling. :)

Also, Mald, how could I recover an account that I NEVER received the original email to... and TTC had it the entire time? Your argument as to why I was responsible still isn't lining up man. :\

 

And TTC changed the registered email to my email, however when I sold the account to 1_Ticks, I switched it over to his. So I have literally ZERO ties to the account. TTC has all the information AND the original email.

Even though I took care of the situation, I still believe that TTC should be half responsible for selling me an unsecured account as well. I had the account for under 48 hours before reselling it. Along with ZERO recovery information and no original email.

1_Ticks is my friend and doesn't deserve this. I've done my part in handling the situation with 1_Ticks, but what has TTC done?
