Teleportation like in 

 

Definitely time manipulation out of the 4 you stated. Else, if i can chose any, super speed like the flash.

Time manipulation is by far the most powerful one. 

Time manipulation as in slowing down time or making it go faster? Or as in I control space and time itself where I can place myself within any timeline?

 

Then that would suggest with each timeline with different events going on, we have parallel worlds going on where different events occurred, which results in completely different worlds with the subsequent consequences to follow.

 

So yeah time manipulation would be the strongest to have, but would you take the risk to handle the repercussions it has? Also to answer your question without affecting most people's lives, I'd probably take invisibility.

 

Flying would most likely get you captured by your country's government and to be a lab rat for the rest of your life, and invincibility =/= immortality. So yeah invisibility is the way to go.
