    Doesn't your friend get in trouble legally for chargebacking that huge amount? 500 m? Don't think they would just let it go

    That's illegal. 

    If he is in the same state/country as the goldsellingsite owner he could get in deep trouble.

    Or they contact Paypal, inform them of the chargeback and he gets into trouble then. I don't see how they would even let it slide

     

    But if it is like you're saying, i doubt he lives in China lol
