Well of course my photo manipulation skills right now are quite low, so i'm still practicing and trying to develop them. Here is a attempt nontheless.

 

I put quite a few or a lot of effects, because I like to emphasize, i need feedback so I know what I lack in or what can be improved.

    I dont know if its just my simple mind but i honestly could look at your work all day 

    Not bad at all, try to blend the cracks on the face to match the cheeks so it isn't a flat graphic on there.
