Companies allow you to host a site on their server buy tend to charge an amount of money per month for the storage space. Moreover, I can advise you to use https://hostingfoundry.com/, one of the best in this domain. I chose them many years ago when I created my first website and I still work with them because all the problems which appeared they solve them in some minutes.
