Stats were something like this: Attack:~70 Str:~70 Def:~70 Range:~80 Prayer:~60 Magic:~80 RC:~55 Cuntstruction: Don't Care HP:~75 Agility:~80 Herb:~40-50 Thieving:~ Don't Care Crafting:~75 Fletching:~75 Slayer:~70 Hunter: Don't Care Mining:~60 Smithing:~60 Fishing:~60 Cooking:~60 Firemaking:~40 Woodcutting:~60 Farming:~50 Around 130 ish QP give or take preferably. I'd rather not redo quests like Monkey Madness etc. Must come with original email and we will use a middleman. Budget is not much of an issue, however I have an idea of what this kind of account is worth. What is stopping that person from recovering the account once i buy it?
