I found some sprite dumps and used some sprites for myself and thought some of you might find this usefull.

RS3 contains 16k ~ sprites

OSRS contains 2.5k~ sprites

    Well the pack might contain needed images for doing graphic designs, like item icons, spell icons, buttons etc.
