Explanation: Tried to log on, the account info was changed, i tried to recover and the email was already changed. someone with the original information about when the account was created and whatnot being flax, recovered it.

I told him I wasn't the original owner, it sucks what happened here but I can assure you it wasn't me. The only thing I can do is contact darvinb98 on Skype to see if he can get it back.

You clearly told him he would get his account back, if you fail you will need to refund him. You assured him it would be fine, which is why he purchased it. IF you had told him that you wouldn't get it back or refund him, he would have said no to buying it. People do this all the time, they sell fresh accounts, and recover them months later.

Clearly if the user is banned for scamming, he did it.

to note, i lost around 30m cash which i can't prove (pk supplies and chinning stuff). and i paid 25m for the account.

You told him you would get the account back, which is part of the reason he bought it. You comforted him with a lie so he would buy the account anyway. If he knew the orginal owner was banned on here and could recover the account any time, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have bought it in the first place.

We expect you to co-operate trying to recover the account and contact the orginal owner and talk to him about it, if you haven't already and update us.

He wasn't banned at that time. But yes I'll try to contact him. I cant refund though since I don't have the cash anymore.

I'm not gonna refund him though since I've clearly told him that I wasn't the original owner. If I'll get banned over this then that's just sad.

I'm not getting my money and he blocked me on skype. does this mean he's getting banned or something?
