You clearly told him he would get his account back, if you fail you will need to refund him. You assured him it would be fine, which is why he purchased it. IF you had told him that you wouldn't get it back or refund him, he would have said no to buying it. People do this all the time, they sell fresh accounts, and recover them months later. If he knew the orginal owner was banned on here and could recover the account any time, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have bought it in the first place. We expect you to co-operate trying to recover the account and contact the orginal owner and talk to him about it, if you haven't already and update us.
