Krys Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 how to quit smoking ? does anyone have any good advice for it ? last week i said to myself i am going to quit smoking and i did, but it only lasted 24h... i would appreciate any advice you may have.

courage220 Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Smoke some Cannabis, some maryjane. It's a healthy alternative because there aren't as many carcinogens in the plant matter. Plus your body can do with more thc!! Your endocannabinoids aren't enough!
Jake Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 There is multiple ways tbh, i smoke weed and when i want to quit for say a job that drug tests, just stop. Or use a E-cig which my friend used from like the highest nic lvl then each week he made it like a little lower until there was no nic in it.
Muffins Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Slowly decrease the amount you smoke per day, as going plain cold turkey will bring bad things. Get nicotine patches and slowly ween off of the need for nicotine. Find things to keep you occupied and keep something in your hands (like a pen or a pencil, or eating chips) to keep you from wanting to have a cig in your hand. 1
