hey, if my account has an infraction from botting runecrafting a couple months ago.. and I would like to auto alch.. is the ban rate high?

It's not recommended to bot on any account that has previously been banned, but if you bot super safely and responsibly then it can work out  E.g. no more than 1.5 hrs on f2p and slightly higher on p2p. With plenty of breaks in-between.
