Is it safe to have both of them installed? I know jacmob wa working with jagex  for some time and im not sure if they had a backdoor to scan your computer to detect marcoin software

99% of them work but they don't work as good. Some stuff are a bit slower, some are almost the same. Like mining at motherlode, it takes ~3 seconds for mirror client to notice that something that used to be there has been mined. Etc.

The best thing to do is indeed get a new IP. To do this you can either change your own ip by contacting your ISP or buying a proxy(look in the market section).

 

Also there is a file called random.dat. On Windows 7 which I use it is located in C:\Users\"Your name"
