Outside, I'll set up another profile and see if that fixes it.

When setting up stop conditions it wont go over 167 minutes. I tried typing 185 minutes but it wont go higher. It switches back to 167

Using it now. Averaging around 64-68k str exp/hour whip was around 15k str atk def per hr guess i gotta max 1 stat at a time

That's the only downside but the extra 20k or so xp/hr far outweighs changing style every time you run the script ?

2.71 - fixed bug with profiles, replaces / with - to prevent issues
2.72 - changed max runtime condition from 167minutes to 167hours

Obsidian with the berserker neck/ring (i), d defender, fire cape, primordial/dragon boots barrows gloves.

No idea on a time frame

If you're looking to max the most efficient way would be getting strength up first followed by attack and defence so would consider this a positive compared to whip. 
Got 99str with obsidian, 99att with obsidian/dharok and now defense levels go really fast.

As fruity said obsidian is great, if you're above 94hp dharok would be better xp per hour though. 
As far as how long just divide 7.7m by your xp per hour.  

so I'm thinking about snagging this script before the possible rise in price..hows the ban rate?
