I max at 12mbps at download speed and idk if it's my internet but it's so slow when u need to get down big games and movies. Any ideas how to get it faster? I got 250/250 and I can't upgrade higher atm..

If you can download at 12 Mb/sec, you should be happy. Most servers and services limit your download speed, such as steam. So even tho you have 100/100 or 250/250, they will limit your bandwidth at some point, in order to keep reliable for other users. It sucks, but that's how it is.
