It said less than 1 day about 30 hours ago... is this a glitch? or what or am i just being impatient?

Log on through RS3 I'm pretty sure it gives you a timer of when you can log in again.

No. That means the offence mark will be removed next year, you'll be able to play on the account within 1 day.

As people have stated above you have a 2 day ban and the offence will be removed on the 7th of April 2016. Try not to get another bot busting ban or you are looking at a perm ban!
