All they have to say is 'sorry, we no take gold you give us, no scam u imposter ok'. Not even joking, it's pathetic. They're by far the worst I've seen. They have imposters and either don't care about it or are working with the imposters because they absolutely don't do anything about it. People request a pm from them - mostly imposters - and they just PM 'hi we talk to you on skype give gold'. When the person gets scammed they try to play stupid saying they weren't at fault.
