Spam rule number 1) Thread spam is not allowed. Do not post multiple threads in short time periods, even if this section is for Spam. You will receive an infraction for this type of spam.

There was a reason why this was implemented, to prove that the user has some activity within the site before participating in the market. 

 

You want those users to gain 100 posts from posting irrelevant posts that could possible make no sense/benefit the community what so ever, and might actually impact it negatively? Might as well give post count to Forum Games such as "Count to 100 before a Staff posts".
