Yeah, if they want to give it back sure, PM a mod or w/e and return whatever you scammed, then its right back to being banned forever, cya m8. 

I say that a TWC should never be able to lose his TWC if he indeed scams and still refunds.

TWC is not only given to people who have scammed in the past and refunded but it's also given to people who are engaging in suspicious activity. It's main purpose is to warn other forum users of the risk they're taking when trading with someone having the TWC rank.

People that scammed/tried scamming, shouldn't be allowed back. It's bullshit.
