Click the refresh button near the scripts.

I had this problems also, but its because there wasnt a thumbnail, refresh and look carefully.

If you're referring to old scripts as in OSBot 1 scripts then yes they would be gone. If you're referring to scripts during the trial week then yes those also would also be gone, if you have Purchased scripts and this is occurring then please post what script and date purchased ^_^

Check your payment to see if it's pending or not.

I can see that the invoice has been paid so he should have received the product by now.
