As you can see there is a bug with the calc of the amount of many bow you have cutted, not only is it bugged at fletching, its broken at woodcutting, melee, hunter etc. 

 

Is it like this for everyone? and if not, how do  I fix it?

for example cooking doesnt work eaither, a different script..., you see i gain the xp but not how many i have been cooking..

Are you sure you are using osbot 1.8.11? The messagelistener on the older versions is broken. Lots of scripts rely on this to update the counters (such as bows made or fish cooked), so this would perfectly explain why your counters do not update.
