Hands could use some work but looks pretty good otherwise! Especially with that eyebrow fix.

I think it looks really awesome, but the eyes look too dead to me.

I'm not saying they have to be huge anime eyes, but maybe add some pupil action :D

Are you trying to make a vector image? This can be best achieved by using Adobe Illustrator and any type of drawing tablet that connects too your computer is a big help for pressure simulation.

I was thinking about making a vector, but i made it with the pen tool on photoshop

Looks really nice compared to most cartoon drawings I have seen on this site. Just minor details here and there that will come with practice could be improved. Also I know what you mean when you say hands are the hardest thing. I never can draw them :P
