Don't worry about a disk drive, stick a ram in that opened hole where the disk slot goes, also instead of a case, make a case of ram, and fill it with ram, with the exception of the core (i7+) and external power to handle all of that ram you'll be using.

edit: No, but seriously you need a bomb ass processor and a butt load or ram.

Don't waste your money on a too expensive graphics card, as you dont really need that :p

 

Also I don't know about how much heat that will make, so I suggested getting a watercooling system in there. As fan's can get quite noisy on a heavy set up :p
