    Check if you have a card connected to your Paypal as you can;t send a payment without a card connected to your paypal.

    I dont have a card connected, but it used to work just with pp balance.

     

    What is your balance? Did you reach your sending limit? are you verified? Is it the right email to send it to? Are you using the balance or a credit card linked to your paypal?

    I have enough balance, nope idnt reach my sending limit, not veriied, Yeah its the right email to send it to, Balance
