Get a quick nice 99, 20m isn't that much but you can make money off of fletching magics

Get 99 fletching, train magic to 85 and go PKing.

so you bought 20m rs07, I suggest you start staking and turn that into 200m, then sell it back. No point spending real money for fake money.
