Do you mean to get all content unlocked in the League store? Or just all the referral content?

It takes 100 referrals to get all the referral rewards.

 

It would take a LOT of referrals to get everything possible in League, like 1000 or even more..

Looks interesting, I might give this service a try sometime in the near future!
