The "Need to be helpful" rule is retarded anyways, being a Veteran somewhere means you've been a part of it for a long time. It doesn't mean that you are a very helpful person. And if that is what they are looking for, they should change the PIP to any of the following: The requirement for Veteran should not require a post count.
