Wouldn't be too sure about that.

I knew people back in the days that botted 24/7 for a week long no breaks and never got banned.

Or i knew someone that botted 120 dungeoneering for 24/7 while he went to school.

I do think it helps a bit, but not that much.

But who knows, times can change.
