My friend just asked me this riddle I couldn't get the answer and he won't tell me what it is.

The riddle is: A mom rushes his son to the hospital because he is in need of surgery as fast as possible the surgeon takes one look at him and says I can't operate.

Why couldn't she operate I'm dieing to know pls smart people find out

A mom rushes 'his' son - this bit I believe is some sort of clue but I could be wrong

The surgeon is his dad, hence the mom is rushing the surgeons son to the hospital. Dunno why you wouldn't operate on your own son though.

Since the MOM rushers her son to a hospital and the surgeon SHE is family I guess their lesbian lovers lol
