The riddle is: A mom rushes his son to the hospital because he is in need of surgery as fast as possible the surgeon takes one look at him and says I can't operate. Why couldn't she operate I'm dieing to know pls smart people find out

I think the surgeon is the mom The surgeon is his dad, hence the mom is rushing the surgeons son to the hospital. Dunno why you wouldn't operate on your own son though.
