If you are using bot and you are sure that a player reported you for that ... Jagex sure will take action against that report or maybe not ?

Nobody knows what they do with it, maybe they do, maybe they just ignore everything

Reports don't do anything, if you wanna see for yourself just report a bot with 5 diff accounts and look him up on hiscores next day you'll see him with more levels than before
