I'd recommend running it for 4 hours, taking a 2 hour break and running it again for 4 hours. Did 2 days of 6 hours, break, 6 hours, got a ban. Then I did the 4 hours for a bit and it was good, left it going for almost 6, breaked and did it again for 2 hours and got a perm.
